1. About these terms
These terms apply to brands (and their invited admins) that create a creator program on Sqwad, operated by Sqwad Technologies LLC ("Sqwad", "we"). By creating a brand account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your admins, for keeping account credentials secure, and for the products, offers and messages you publish to creators. Remove admins who no longer need access from the Team page.
3. Data processing
When you connect services such as Shopify or Meta, or collect creator applications, Sqwad processes personal data on your behalf. For that data you are the controller and Sqwad is your processor. Sqwad will:
- Follow your instructions. Process personal data only to run your creator program (applications, sample orders, tracking, content review, attribution and payouts) and as described in the Privacy Policy, never for our own advertising or for sale.
- Keep it confidential. Limit access to the people who need it to operate the service, who are bound by confidentiality.
- Keep it secure. Protect it with the measures in our Security and Incident Response policy, including encryption in transit and at rest.
- Use named subprocessors. Google Cloud / Firebase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and the platforms you connect (Shopify, Meta). We will update this list before adding a new subprocessor.
- Tell you about incidents. Notify you without undue delay, and within 72 hours of confirming it, if a security incident affects your data.
- Help with requests. Help you answer data access and deletion requests from creators or customers, and honor deletion requests sent to us by connected platforms such as Shopify.
- Delete it at the end. Delete your data within 30 days of you closing your account or asking us to, except where the law requires us to keep it. Disconnecting Shopify or Meta deletes those credentials and synced data immediately.
4. Connected platforms
Connections to Shopify and Meta use access you grant through their own consent screens and remain subject to their terms. Sqwad only creates Shopify orders you choose to send (free creator samples) and never creates, edits or pays for ads.
5. Fees
Sqwad is billed monthly through Stripe. New brands get their first 30 days free; a card is required to start, and the subscription renews automatically at $99/month unless cancelled before the free month ends.
Your price for each month is set by the revenue Sqwad tracked for you in the month before: $99 below $10,000, $399 from $10,000, and $999 plus 1% of that month's tracked revenue from $100,000. Tracked revenue means revenue attributed to your creators through Sqwad (currently Meta ad revenue from ads linked to your creators). Each invoice lists the revenue behind it. You can cancel anytime from Plan and billing; access continues to the end of the paid month. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Connecting Shopify is free and doesn't change your price.
